Return conditions

Did you buy a product and it didn't suit you? Don't worry, you can return it according to the following conditions:

Payback period:

Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order
Shipping fees and cash upon delivery fees are not refundable


Product Condition:

In order for us to return the abayas, my dear, the abaya must be in the same condition in which it was sent, unused, and contain all stickers and cards, in its original packaging, and all contents in the box.

Items that cannot be returned:

In order to ensure your health and the health of our customers, all items will be returned except for (Niqab).



Return shipping value and method:

If the product is defective or sent by mistake, Hala Express will bear all shipping costs in the return process

However, if the customer wishes to return, the value of the shipment will be 30 riyals to the customer in the case of return, which will be deducted from the buyer’s remaining balance with us.

A return policy will be issued within 48 hours from the date of submitting the request
You can ship the product after receiving the package via the same company that delivered it.
The cash on delivery fees paid during the purchasing process will not be refunded.

If the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped, an amount of 30 riyals will be deducted from the order value

Refund:

Refund methods vary depending on the payment method made by the customer for the first time in Hala Express store

The amount will be returned within 7-14 working days and returned to the same card with which the payment was made

Refunds are for returned products only and other fees such as shipping fees or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.









The basic bill of lading value is 30 riyals

When the customer requests a refund, he bears the full value of the bill of lading if the shipping fee is reduced





Example: The order was placed and there was an offer for free shipping

When requesting to return the product, an amount of 30 riyals will be deducted from the shipping value from our store to the customer



The value of the return policy is 30 riyals



After issuing the return policy by us, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company registered on the policy



The amount paid in cash upon receipt fees and shipping fees goes to the shipping company and cannot be returned.



Products that cannot be returned (unions).



The duration of the policy is one week from the date of issuance of the policy

Hala Express cannot bear the delay in returning the order

Return conditions for group orders

When returning a product from a group of products, the value of the original product is calculated before the offer

Example 1:

Offer 3 abayas for 300 riyals

The customer purchased the offer of 3 abayas for 300 riyals, and after receiving the order, he wishes to return the abaya, noting that the value of the abaya without the group offer is 120 riyals.

The value of the two non-refundable abayas (in the customer’s possession) is calculated at their original price without displaying the sets, meaning that the value of the two abayas in the customer’s possession is 240 riyals.

The customer gets only 60 riyals back.



Example 2

The customer purchased the offer of two abayas for 180 riyals, and after receiving the order, he wishes to return the abaya, noting that the value of the abaya without the sets offer is 120 riyals.

The value of the non-refundable abaya (in the customer’s possession) is calculated at its original price without displaying the sets, meaning that the value of the abaya in the customer’s possession is 120 riyals.

The customer gets only 60 riyals back.
